The products are sent by the company within two (2) working days except in cases beyond the control of the company (eg force majeure).

The shipment, or any problem with the shipment, will be communicated to the user via email. The user will also be informed about the estimated delivery date (it also depends on the choice of shipping method by the user).

For shipments our company cooperates with a courier company. The products are insured under the standard insurance terms of these carriers.

During the completion of the order on our page you will be asked to choose the way of sending your order.

You can pick up your order from our store free of charge.

The user must contact the company for the time of receipt of products from the company’s offices.
