The user is informed about the tracking number of the order (tracking number) after the completion of the order and if such a number is available based on the choice of shipping method.
The estimated delivery date of the products is communicated via e-mail along with the order confirmation.
The user can request the return of the product within 14 days of delivery.
The following rules apply to returns:
Refund, in the full amount of the order including shipping costs, applies in the following cases:
(a) The product is defective
(b)The product has packaging damaged, completely or for the most part
(c)The product delivered was not the same as the product ordered through the online store
(d) The user has chosen to cancel the order before the product is shipped
In cases (a), (b) and (c) we require receipts, such as a photo, and a copy of the order, so that we can proceed with the refund.
The refund applies to the amount of the products less the cost of sending them, in case the user chooses to cancel his order after sending the products.
In case the products are returned damaged, incomplete or obviously used, the user loses his right to partial or total compensation, depending on the condition of the products.
The return of the products will take place after prior consultation with the online store and in case of refund to the customer if the payment was made by credit card it will be done by canceling the credit card charge, within 30 days from the compensation application and if the payment was made with cash, with a refund of his money to him.
In case the products are not returned, within 14 days of their receipt, then the company has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
